Through the Investing In Our Youth Grant Program, the Monarchs Care Foundation awards a $2500 grant each quarter. The program has proven to be successful by funding items such as computers, microscopes, books, calculators, equipment and uniforms. |
Terms and qualifications for the Investing In Our Youth Program: |
| • | The Monarchs Care Foundation will award a $2500 grant quarterly to either an athletic youth sports organization or school organization. | | • |
Applications are also available by calling (603) 626-7825 ext. 6105. | | • | Grants will be reviewed on a quarterly basis. Organizations may apply once during a 12 month period. | | • | The $2500 in grant money can be used for any team related expense or project related expense (i.e. uniforms, equipment, tournament or umpire fees, and/or trophies, books, equipment or computers). | | • | The contact person who submits the application must live in New Hampshire and be 21 years of age or older. |

| 1. | Write a one-page cover letter that outlines the need for the grant, the goal of the project, and the number and age range of children affected. Include a one-page budget for the project, and a copy of the organizations non-profit tax status (501c3). | | 2. | Mail the application, cover letter and budget to:
