What's up Monarchs Country!?! It was so cool to see all my buddies who used to play for the Monarchs celebrate with the STANLEY CUP on the ice as the Los Angeles Kings won their first championship! What an amazing run for those guys! I am so proud of them! All this hockey talk in June has me very excited for the Monarchs season to start again! Is it October yet?!?

Did everyone see the big news last week!?! The Monarchs will play for a different Cup next season. The cup I refer to is not the Calder Cup or the Stanley Cup but is the VIP Cup which will be won by the Monarchs when they win the season series against those pesky Portland Pirates. It will be a nice foreshadowing of what it will be like when the Monarchs win the Calder Cup!

It was so cool to see everyone at the Viewing Parties for the Los Angeles Kings during their championship run. I did post some photos on my Facebook page from one of the parties I attended, so check those out!

On Monday, June 4, I attended a D.A.R.E. graduation at Bow Memorial School. I had a blast with my buddy Daren. He is also a lion so finding common interests are easy to come by. Daren and I are almost as close as Bailey and I are. I think my favorite part of the graduation was the D.A.R.E. rap that three girls wrote and presented in front of everyone. Nice rhymes ladies! Congratulations graduates! Keep up the great work!

This past Saturday, I tried to play a little lacrosse at the Lacrosse Festival organized by New Hampshire Youth Lacrosse. Believe it or not, I was a natural because the sport is similar to hockey. It is no wonder that a lot of my lacrosse player friends are also good hockey players!

The Monarchs 11th annual Ace Bailey Golf Classic was on Monday and I had the honor of getting a photograph with Boston Bruins legend Ray Bourque! He was so nice and I was so happy he made it out to this great event for an even greater cause.

On Tuesday, I went to the WZID Block Party! If you like to party as much as I do and you did not make it to this one, man did you miss out! We played games and ate great food and there was a great turnout!
